To view an agenda for a Board Meeting, click on the agenda link corresponding to the meeting date. In each agenda, you will find individual agenda items with hyperlinks to access the Agenda Staff Report and any supporting documents related to the item. To view a live Board Meeting, click on the right-facing blue arrow video icon corresponding to the meeting date. The minimum system requirements for watching videos are Google Chrome (Android 8+ and latest 3 major desktop versions), Mozilla Firefox (latest 3 major desktop versions), Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based, latest 3 major desktop versions; Android 8+), Apple Safari (latest 3 major versions on macOS; iOS 15+) and Opera (latest 3 major desktop versions.).   

To sign up to speak at a Board of Supervisors meeting, click the ‘Register’ link next to the meeting agenda. This will take you to the Board’s Speaker Portal, where you can register online to participate either in person or remotely. Please note: The registration portal opens one hour before the meeting begins.

BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETINGS

The Board of Supervisors meets in the County Administration North building, Board Hearing Room, First Floor, located at 400 W. Civic Center Drive, Santa Ana. Regular Board meetings are held at 9:30 a.m. on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month. Please consult the Board meeting calendar for scheduled dates. Any changes to a meeting’s location or start time will be noted on the Board of Supervisors’ Agenda. Agendas are posted on Wednesdays, two weeks before the regular Tuesday meeting. Agenda Modifications are posted on Friday preceding the meeting. Documents associated with agenda items may not contain all related or updated information. Register to Speak at Board of Supervisors Meetings  Locate the meeting you wish to attend under 'Upcoming Board of Supervisors Meetings', above, and select the 'Register' link next to the agenda.  If you attend in-person, you can also register using the kiosks or QR code located outside the Board Room.  For more details about public Participation, review the 'Information Guide to Board of Supervisors Meetings'.	Live and Archived Board of Supervisors Meetings A list of current and upcoming Board of Supervisors' meetings are displayed above under 'Upcoming Board of Supervisors Meetings'. To view a meeting in progress, simply click the video icon located in the same row as the meeting date. Links to archived Board Meeting videos are available for viewing online: April 24, 2026 - Present January 9, 2007 - April 14, 2026	Listen to the Meeting via Phone During the Board meeting, members of the public may listen live by calling (866) 590-5055 and entering Access Code 4138489. This is a listen only line. If you experience difficulties or need assistance, please call (855) 886-5400.	Submit Comment by Email Members of the public may submit public comments or comments on upcoming Board meeting agenda items by emailing the Clerk’s Office at comments@cob.oc.gov. Comments received before the start of the meeting will be provided to Board members for their consideration and will be included in the meeting’s administrative record
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) If you require disability related accommodation, the Clerk of the Board can assist you. Please call (714) 834-2206 at least 72 hours before the meeting to request accommodation. Requests made fewer than 72 hours before the meeting will be addressed to the greatest extent possible. Assistive Listening Devices are available in the Board Room upon request and must be returned at the end of the meeting.	Language Interpretation Interpretation services (Arabic, Chinese, Korean, Persian, Spanish and Vietnamese) are provided to members of the public who submit a request to speak in-person. Additional languages for in-person speakers can be requested by contacting the Clerk of the Board’s office at least three days prior to the meeting.   Language interpretation is not provided for remote participants.  Space can be provided for members of the public who want to translate a public meeting into any language or receive interpretation provided by another member of the public.	Board of Supervisor’s Rules of Procedure The Rules of Procedure outline how the Orange County Board of Supervisors conducts its meetings and carries out official business, including when serving as the governing body for other districts or authorities. These rules are designed to promote efficient, orderly, and consistent meetings. To review them in full, see the Orange County Board of Supervisors Rules of Procedure (PDF).	Public Records Request The County of Orange has a Public Records Portal that allows anyone to submit a request. Please visit the portal by clicking on the link Public Records Act Request to submit a request.
