County Executive Office - Approve contract MA-017-25010195 with Hub for Integration, Reentry & Employment for workforce reentry services for justice-involved adults and youth, term ending 6/30/27 ($1,650,000); renewable for two additional one-year terms; and authorize County Executive Officer or designee to execute contract - District 2
S22H. Health Care Agency - Approve contract MA-042-25010355 with Exodus Recovery, Inc. for crisis stabilization and crisis residential services, 9/19/24 – 6/30/27 ($42,169,969); renewable for one additional two-year term; approve amendment 1 to master contract MA-042-24011270 with various providers and individual contract with HealthRIGHT 360 for adult residential drug Medi-Cal withdrawal management services, 9/30/24 - 6/30/27 ($3,900,000; aggregate cumulative total $14,700,000); approve amendment 1 to master contract MA-042-24011190 with various providers and individual contract with HealthRIGHT 360 for adult and perinatal residential drug Medi-Cal substance use disorder treatment services, Be Well Orange Campus, 9/30/24 - 6/30/27 ($9,300,000; aggregate cumulative total $48,300,000); and authorize County Procurement Officer or Deputized designee to exercise cost contingency increase not to exceed 10% under certain conditions and execute contract and amendments - District 2
